All sales of products by LU Computers are governed by the terms and policy below. To purchase from LU Computers is an acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions found on this page.

Pricing and Information

All pricing are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of payment. For all prices, products and offers, LU Computers reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

While LU Computers uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, LU Computers makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. LU Computers assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, LU Computers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LU Computers shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Cancellation

Any order of computer systems submitted through this website, will be processed once payment received, cannot be cancelled prior to or after shipping. Any cancellation of computer system order will be treated as a Product Return. You will be responsible for a restocking charge of 15% or $40 minimum whichever is greater. And if the order has been shipped the shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If the package is refused by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fees, original shipping fees and a restocking charge of 15% or $40 minimum whichever is greater. An order of computer parts or notebooks may be cancelled only if it is back ordered and not be available to ship.

Credit Cards

Credit card charges are submitted at the time when payment information is verified. Only if the item is a computer parts, backordered and not a customer requested special order, the credit card charge will be submitted at the time of shipping.

Merchandise will be shipped to your credit card billing address which is displayed on your monthly credit card statement. If you wish your order to be shipped to another address, please notify your credit card issuing bank of the shipping address, for "Address Verification" purposes. If your shipping address can not be verified by us, the order may automatically be shipped to your credit card billing address without notice.

All orders placed will be thoroughly researched for your own protection against fraud. LU Computers may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order. Your order will not be shipped until your address verified and confirmed.

LU Computers reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, or does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies.

PayPal Confirmed Address Only

PayPal payment is accepted for an order to be shipped to a PayPal Confirmed Address only; PayPal will not be accepted for any pickup orders. Any PayPal payment with an unconfirmed address will be refused.

Check Payment

LU Computers will accept a cashiers check or money order on all orders shipped by Carrier. LU Computers will accept personal and business checks for prepay orders, but allow 10-24 business days for clearing.

Overseas Sales

LU Computers only accepts direct bank deposit as form of payment for all overseas orders. LU Computers is not responsible and cannot control any duty or tariffs that might incur on any overseas orders, please contact your local government or carrier to determine these fees.

Signature Required Shipping

All high value orders we ship are traceable. We will prosecute any instances of fraud, and immediately report it to the FBI and higher authorities. All deliveries REQUIRE A SIGNATURE to be released. Recipient must be at the shipping address during the day to sign and accept the package. If no one is present to accept the package, please contact the carrier to arrange the delivery.

Shipping Times

LU Computers does not give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. Shipping dates provided by LU Computers are estimates only. LU Computers does not offer any shipping refund for any delay result from any reason. Any customized computer above $3000 in value and any special order may require extra time for building / testing / shipping. Please call our toll free number for assistance with shipping schedule in these situations.

Limited Warranty

LU Computers warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a specified duration of time beginning from the date of original purchase. LU Computers will either replace or repair the product at no charge for parts and labour. Any repaired or replaced product shall be warranted for the remaining time of the original period. Dead on arrival (DOA) products will be serviced under warranty policy and does not constitute a refund. DOA items must be reported within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Any other warranty requested items must be shipped in or carried in at customer’s cost. Laptops are factory sealed new products; customer must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.

LU Computers will not be liable and will not reimburse any third party costs or fees incurred by customer for any reason including but not limited to labour, delivery, diagnosis, technical support, product repair, product installation etc.

LU COMPUTERS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THIS PRINTED LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-866.999.7828 for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. Customer requested special order items, preloaded operating systems and all Microsoft software products may not be return for refund under any circumstances. Notebooks, laptop pads, transfermers are special orders, cannot be return for refund; return is only accepted when manufacturer issues an authorization, which a manufacturer authorization number is required.

All products returned must be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes, packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. LU Computers will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to LU Computers warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. LU Computers will assess a restocking fee of 15% or $40 minimum whichever is greater. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability to you for products purchased from LU Computers shall be limited to the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase(s) under this agreement. Also, LU Computers will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies to all situations however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), and strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law.

LU Computers cannot be held responsible for any electronic data lost due to virus infection, hardware failure or electrical failure. LU Computers cannot be held responsible for any data sent to us on repair or upgrade orders. You must back up your data before sending it back to LU Computers.

Your Personal Information Privacy

LU Computers understands our customers’ wishes for privacy, so we handle all the information you provide to us accordingly. Our conduct with your information will in no way involve a third party organization. Also, as LU Computers is independent with no links to any other companies, the information you provide will not be directed to a parent, sub, or partner company. Therefore, the conduct and organization of LU Computers firmly guarantees that YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SOLD TO OR SHARED WITH ANOTHER ORGANIZATION. LU Computers retains your information in our database for the sole purpose of making the purchasing process faster. If you wish to remove your information from our database, you may notify us by email or telephone.

Other Terms and Conditions

LU Computers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time. No LU Computers employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the LU Computers policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
